The New York State Talking Book and Braille Library
The New York State Talking Book and Braille Library (TBBL) lends Braille and recorded books and magazines, and the necessary equipment, to residents of the 55 upstate counties of New York State who are unable to read standard printed materials because of a physical disability.

Cortland Free Library Mail-It Library Service
Offering large-print books, books on CD, and Playaways by mail to individuals unable to come in to the library.
Available items include: Large-print books, books on CD, and Playaways. (A Playaway is a palm-sized digital audio player pre-loaded with an audiobook.) Loan periods are 3 weeks. Renewals are possible.
Eligibility Anyone who has difficulty getting to the library due to a disability or special circumstance is eligible.
