The Cops Outreach Program (C.O.P.S) and Cortland Restaurant & Tavern Association are hosting a Stone Soup Community Dinner on Court Street. Join us for this free event and enjoy live music, activities for kids, an interactive story with Miss Tammy, and of course SOUP!
