Are you a Medicaid Member that needs help with food, transportation or housing? Seven Valleys Health Social Care Navigator will be available to screen individuals to determine eligibility for additional services through the Medicaid 1115 Waiver.
A Health Care Navigator from NYS of Health will be available to help you apply for health insurance, to better understand your coverage options, answer questions, or enroll in a plan that is right for you!
Come join our LEGO club & have some building fun! Each session we’ll have a challenge & a game. LEGO Club meets on the first & third Wednesday of each month at 4 p.m. Registration is required each month. Please sign up for one day only. Open to ages 4 – 12 yrs.
