An all ages chess club for beginners and experts. Meets every Thursday at 6 p.m. in the library's Periodicals Room. Beginners will get a lesson on the basics of chess and experts can meet and play!
A program for emergent readers ages 4-7 yrs. and their caregivers. The program promotes early literacy skills with letter sounds and recognition, activities and stories. Each week children will receive a free book and parents will have learned activities to reinforce reading skills at home. Registration is required.
