Are you a Medicaid Member that needs help with food, transportation or housing? Seven Valleys Health Social Care Navigator will be available to screen individuals to determine eligibility for additional services through the Medicaid 1115 Waiver.
Come get crafty with us! Open to ages 12 and up. Registration is required.

The Really Free Market is a free bi-monthly distribution of food, personal care items, and household supplies. You can take as much as you want and we will never ask you to “prove” your need. Mondays at 1 p.m. A program for emergent readers ages 4 – 7 yrs. & their caregivers. The program promotes early literacy skills with letter sounds & recognition, activities & stories. Each week children will receive a free book & parents will have learned activities to reinforce reading skills at home. Registration is limited & is required.
